Okay, I am sorry to waste anybody's time if this information is right under my nose. I did some research and could not find a solid answer to sit with. My hubbies employer has set up company funded retirement stocks that we do not contribute into. The current market value is approx. $20,000. What is the status of these funds re: a ch. 13? Are they excempt or will we be required to cash them in and turn the $ over to a trustee? Thank you for your help and again I so hope this was not something I could have easily found myself. :
