If I took my 11 year old car and traded it in at a dealer for a newer model before filing chapter 13 would that be considered a transfer of property issue by the trustee. If so how long would I have to wait to file.

I did the same thing without issue. I am in the state of WI and we filed 7.Attorney Retained/Paid: 1-4-10
Online CCC-Completed & Cert Received: 1-8-10
Filed Chapter 7 1-18-10.
