I am ready to throw in the towel because this isn't working for us

Update- our motion to extend time to cure was approved. Which is ridiculous because it means we'll be paying more each month on top of a payment that is already strenuous. Law defies logic at times I guess. But at least we are "safe" for now. We have met with another attorney who is looking at our plan and our numbers to see if we are convertible or what we can be modified to. If he has good news for us, our old attorney will be fired so fast her head will spin.
