    I like your attorney. Someone who will fight for you! Also, I give kudos to you for knowing when to ask to "speak to a supervisor"! LOL! Speaking to your attorney personally must have made you feel more comfortable about the whole ordeal.

      At my 341 meeting this week they trustee said he wanted my tax return and my wifes. She didn't file for BK. I'm 1099 and she is W-2. I told him that I don't ever get a refund and that her refund offsets what I have to pay. He said they have a right to half of her refund but that if I use that to cover what I owe she may be able to keep the rest. Beyond that he didn't have an answer for me and said he doesn't know to much about that laws for refunds in a community state and to talk to my attorney. We meet next week.
