Ch13 and Chex systems?

How does this work? I owed B of A $395 that was reported to chex systems. Now that we've filed, and are going to be confirmed, how does it affect my chex systems report?

The reason I'm asking is I need to open another account somewhere else.

Depending on where you open the account, ChexSystems may not matter. In any event, go to ChexSystem's website and get a free report. If there's something there, file a dispute and claim bankruptcy. That should fix the entry.
