I have a question about my Chapter 13. I filed way back in 2005. My petition was filed in June, first 341 meeting was in August, and my plan was confirmed the first of November.(Took a while to get confirmed due to me trying to go in without a lawyer and had to get one later anyway.) My question is which of these dates will my plan be completely done? I paid two months when my plan was confirmed in November. According to the NDC website, with what is left to paid, it will be done in June. I know the website probably not the most accurate. Either way, I will be done this year. I was just wanting an idea to when it will all be over.

01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED

I am "about to complete". This is what is reading on the 13datacenter. I know it isnt always up to date but it did read this 3 payments short of being complete. "Today" was last payment and am so looking forward to my "in hand" discharge. I guess i should be looking to see what pacer says , if it will show anything.Comment
