    Child support income

Ok, I receive 900 monthly in child support. I did the form B22C and came up with an above median income. I took the IRS standard deductions for a family of 4 (spouse, my two children and me). Now on line 54, it says to deduct support payments. Since I am an above median filer it appears that I go with this form rather than schedules I and J. Am I reading this right? I use the $900 to flunk the means test and then I get to take it back out in the end? Anyone ever had trustee object to this?

I believe you add it on that line, but someone else who's more familar can help here.

Check your state laws, child support is exempt in some states.
