Sell house and buy on contract during Ch. 13?

I'm new to this Chapter 13 stuff so I have a lot to learn...
My 341 meeting is in a week but something has come up with my mom's home and she is wanting to sell. I really hate to see the house go to someone else. She told me that she would sell the house on contract to me for the same amount that I am paying for my current mortgage. Is there any possibility that the court would allow me to sell my home and enter into a contract with my mother to buy her home? By the time the realtor was paid for his commissions, I doubt there would be much if any equity left in my home. I will ask my attorney about it before the 341 meeting but was hoping someone could tell me if I am crazy to even think it would be possible. Thanks for your help!

Nobody has any thoughts to share with me? I am not looking for the right answer, just some feedback.

My 2 cents: In a Chapter 13 you are supposed to receive trustee approval before aquiring new debt. This would be new debt, even if it is for the same amount as you are currently paying now. I would talk with your attorney and see what he/she thinks is the best way to proceed if this is what you want to do.
