Very pleased with Attorney mtg today!

We had our meeting today with our attorney after reviewing our paperwork. I have been reading here for quite some time and have learned so much from all of you. The meeting was great and I feel so much better about our decision now. It looks as if we can strip our 2nd mortgage, cram down 1 vehicle, and take care of our unsecured credit cards with a very affordable payment. We will file Ch 13 around the end of February after getting a few things in order.

The attorney said she was impressed that we had read the NOLO book. This forum has been such a great resource. Thanks again. I will keep you posted as we proceed.

The book was the NOLO book about Ch 13 Bankruptcy. I found a link on this forum to it. Sorry I am not sure where that was.
