Need other opinions about Chapter 13 already filed.

Case Filed 7/26/07, confirmed 11/28/07. My attorney said to keep my income below the median before I filed to keep myself on a 3 year plan. So I did that and Trustee was actualy very nice at 341 Meeting. Trustee said "Now go make some money". MY income increased but they have seen my tax returns and nothing has changed about my payment. My attorney advises "Just keep making your payments on time and you'll be fine" I am wondering if when it comes time for discharge that I will run into unforseen problems with the Judge. My attorney says he has alot of experience with this Trustee as it is a rural area so same Trustee for most cases, and that he is quite lenient on changes in wages after your case is confirmed. Am I worried about nothing? It would have been a Chapter 7, but I had a discharge too soon to file Chapter 7 so Attorney recomended Chap 13. I walked away from my home which went into foreclosure due to job loss before filing. The bank sold the house for alot less than I owed and I was told by my attorney that as long as I pay my plan, they wil not be able to come after me for the difference once I am discharged through Chap 13? ANy thoughts would be helpful..

Since your lawyer has been working with your trustee for a long time and knows him/her well, and your lawyer told you that as long as you keep making your payments on time you have nothing to worry about, then yes, you are worrying about nothing

      Your lawyer is correct.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
