ok - have a question I have never seen anything about. Long story leads up to this but some have been following our case.
we have a disability attorney that is working on my wife's SSDI claim. She has been out of work on medical leave since August - we were in the pre-planning stages of filing our case when she went out of work. She is recieving diability income from her insurance at work - it covers her income at 60 % for up to 5 years.
Her SSDI attorney needs us to fax our "Disclaimer" from the Trustee as soon as we get it - something that we are to get in the mail after our 341 meeting. Our original 341 was set for Jan 5 - but was continued to Jan 29.
Anyone know what this "disclaimer" is ?
I never heard of it.
