% payback

I read the thread on % payback and realize the amount of your "excess" $$$ if what determines your % of payback to unsecured creditors. SO, every creditor gets the same %? We don't have a lot of different debts, but adds up to quite a chunk because of our 2nd mortgage which should be stripped. So even though we owe say 75K on the 2nd, but only 2 credit cards that we owe combined 8k....they will both get the same % of payback???

If they both filed a claim, then most likely the would receive an identical amount.
