Confirmation Hearing today at 10AM (pst)

Well, today is the day. After all the stress, the studying, the attorney visits, the document and file gathering, this is finally the day. Why am I so nervous? It's 1:40 am in California and I am still awake, unable to sleep. I emailed my attorney and he answered right away. Is he nervous too? I am stressing out.

Confirmation hearings are about as uneventful as a 341 Meeting -- unless you have some unfinished business such as cram downs, lien strips, claim objections, and relief from stay motions pending. Even with those other things, it's pretty quick.

Which court are you in? Was your confirmation hearing continued because of the objection? In the Riverside court you have your 341 in the morning and a confirmation hearing that afternoon. Your plan is either confirmed, dismissed or continued. Did the trustee recommend confirmation or is your attorney trying to get confirmation over a trustee objection?
