    form 22c confusion

I am filling out the form 22c for WA state (out of curiosity) but it does not add up right. It looks like I am still in the negative with no disposable income??? Has anyone had that happen?

    Maybe I better look again.

I had that issue too. The 22C shows me at negative $990 a month!!! I was very very concerned that I would be denied a ch. 13 because of that, but several people on here reassured me that they will formulate a plan for me based on my schedules I & J. The good news about the negative 22C though is that your payment shouldn't be ridiculously high, lol. Your current expenses must be under the "national standards" just like mine are.

They allow a crazy high amount of money for car ownership expenses, food, clothing, and household supplies. If you're actually spending less than that, and can get a positive number on your schedule J, then you should (hopefully) be fine.

Keep in mind, I'm still waiting on my consultation though. Just passing on what I've been told, because I personally had the same concerns.
    Filed Chapter 13 on 2-28-10. 341 completed 4/14/10. Confirmed 5/14/10. Lien strip granted 2/2/11
0% payback to unsecured creditors, 56 payments down, 4 to go....

WHew! Thanks that makes me feel better.

I guess that is why we are in this situation! I knew we were taking in less than we spending now with my reduced income.

      Good luck with your process.

Concentrate on your Schedule I and J.
