Trustee objection

Filed CH13 on 10/20/09. Meeting of creditors on 12/03/09. Trustee filed an oblection to the plan because it wasn't paying enough to secured creditors. My attorney filed a motion, amending the plan to include the car payments in my plan.

So you think the trustee will now recommend for confirmation since that was his only objection?

Sure, it sounds like your lawyer just did not calculate something correctly, or the trustee made some type of change to a secured creditor.
