    My payment plan

Just sent out my first payment of $255 to the trustee. I have $110,000+/- in CC debt. It's a five year plan.

Per the paperwork I got from my attorney (filed 12/28, 341 meeting 2/16)
    My liquidation value is $1119.00
    My DMI is $169.40 @ 60 months = $10,164 to CC's
    attorney gets $3574
    trustee gets $1530

    $255 per month for 60 months = $15,300

    amex (39000+/-) gets $3900
    citi (16000+/-) gets $1600
    citi (11,000+/-) gets $1100
    chase (15000+/-) gets $1500
    chase (15000+/-) gets $1500
    chase (8200+/-) gets $820
    us bank (3850+/-) gets 385

What are the odds that everyone will put in a claim seeing how little they will get with the plan?

well it depends on the creditor. Some are on top of it and get the paperwork filed. Some do not. Less than half of my creditors filed claims but all it did was give those who did file claims MORE. LOL

Watch the claims that come in on the 13datacenter or on Pacer (doesn't always match up) or on the 13network.

Who knows? There's really no pattern for which creditors file claims and which don't. In our case, our highest cc (over $10K) didn't file a claim, but one of our local creditors we owed around $300 did (shrug).

As rrockingramma said, if you can't stand it, you can watch PACER or your trustee's website at 13DataCenter or 13Network to see who files claims. Some will file them quickly, others wait until the very last day.

If you want my advice, just go on about your business and make sure you keep making your Ch 13 payments in a timely fashion, keep to your budget, and get a start on a solid emergency fund. In the end, your claims will be what they are, no matter how many times you check for them

Take a look at your plan account during the last few days claims are allowed (90 days for regular creditors, and 120 for the government) to find out where things stand then. Good luck!
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

Bank of America did not file a claim for $38k in my case, but a local creditor filed for $42.34.
        Filed CH13 - 06/2009
        Confirmed - 01/2010

This looks a lot like my plan since I also proposed a 10% payback, but just double all the above balances to all but USBank - - they closed my 15000 line a couple years ago so I don't owe them anything. My payback is around $23000 to CC's.

          Good luck!
