Help i had my 341 meeting today. I have made 2 payments of $1330.00 into my chapter 13. The attorney for the trustee wanted to raise my monthly amount by 600 more. I have a 401k loan which will not be paid off for another 18 months. Has this happened to anyone else? She said they were taking this amount into consideration due to income changing then. My attorney has since called me and advised me only creditor who has filed claim so far is automobile. He thinks that unsecured will not in next 60 daysand actually thinks my monthly amount will decrease. Any advice would be appreciated thanks

You might have to agree to a tiered payment plan. Your payment will go up after 18 months when your 401k payment goes away. I would definatly not agree to pay funds now that your not expecting to get for 18 more months.
That would be sweeeeeeeeeeeet if the creditors don't file. I disagree with the attorney that just because they haven't filed now doesn't mean they won't...especially if 60 days are left for them to file. In my case, most of the claims came from second party places the creditors sold the debt to. Most of the claims came in the last 30 days of the bar date.Chapter 13 Filed 4/03/06  341 Meeting Complete 5/11/06 :yes2:

I have to agree with the above : most claims take a while to come in and 60 days is a long time. By the time the bottomfeeding junk debt buyers get notified and send in a claim it could be a while...
My amount did not increase after my 341 but it did increase between the last time I spoke with the attorneys office and when it got filed. And no one advised me before it was filed from the attorneys office. I was furious & let them know .. uggghhhhThose who live in glass houses should not throw stones
