    No Asset Ch13, how long

    Hi

I filed ch-7 5 years ago, I was doing good until I lost my job last year. So with no income for over a year I was living off of credit cards and unemployment insurance. I did get a seasonal job but that has ended also, I have over 25k in debt. Is ch13 an option for me? How long Ch13 will last in my case? Thanks in advance

If you do not have regular income, you can't be in a Chapter 13. A Chapter 13 is between 36 and 60 months depending on your income. Again, without income, you can't be in a Chapter 13.

Coincidentally, a Chapter 13 is known as a wage earner's plan.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
