my attorney is having me enter all of my financial info through this website. i am through most of it (i think) and there are expenses i have not been asked about or allowed to enter. Pet expenses, HOA dues, AAA dues just to name a few. is there a section in here that will allow for those things?

The "expenses" section only allowed for 1 miscelaneous expense and i used that for our wireless phones.

Did your lawyer explain why you have to use this specific website? My guess is that he/she may be using this as a consistent "intake" source of data to review. However, as you've already noted it obviously doesn't include everything that should be included on your filing forms.

Run your expenses through here to cross-check that you've captured everything that most filers are entitled to include - http://www.goainc.com/fraley/calcula...alculator.html

If you only had one blank to include your own unique expenses, then this spreadsheet your lawyer asked you to use is not going to include all your legitimate expenses. You need to ask your lawyer how your legitimate expenses not captured by the online form are going to be included when you file. It's very important to know this and you need to feel comfortable and confident with the answer you get.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

I will run them on this spreadsheet and then compare with what my lawyers website comes up with. I have seen this form posted before, probably by you, and though it was a great resource.

      Thank you,

I finished both expense schedules and you link is almost 700.00 higher. I accounts for many expenses that the "stopmybills.com" calculator does not. I will show them both the the lawyer and see what happens.
