    Final petition filed.

Our final petition is filed. We met with the lawyer and signed it this morning. I have to say that I am very pleased with the livable budget he has set forth. We're actually going to be OK. Two things:

    1. on the means test we're at a -151.00 disposeable income number.
we have to pay back $11,700 for the assets we're keeping (LLC, and guns)
With it being a negative number we might be able to do a 36 month plan (acutally it's 42 months) that's what he put for the length of the plan. We're PRAYING that the number doesn't change when the trustee challeneges certain things in our budget. However there's nothing in there that the lawyer feels will be challenged well.

    2. Out of $110k unsecured, I'm very happy to report that the Unsecured are getting a mere 7.5% Our payment per month is $900. Which we think is quite liveable since we were paying $515 on car #1, $330 on car #2. Both now in the plan.

Now on to the 341 meeting on the 2nd of February. We'll be questioned more than most due to husbands LLC, and assets listed. But for once, I'm feeling PEACE. Like we're getting our heads above the water.

Thank you EVERYONE who's taken their time to help me with my numerous quetions, fears etc. This board has made this process so much easier. KNowledge is indeed power.
