    Payment got lowered after 341....YIPPEEE

    Just got home from work to find a notice from the bk court that my pmt amount has been lowered by $241.00 a mth ...
    My 341 was held December 7th and I have been waiting for something in writing to confirm what was discussed about my pmt amount.
    I can not tell you what a relief this is. Now I can breath a little easier and buy some name brand groceries I'm sorry folks but there are some generic foods out there that just taste awful...

          Glad to hear that! This is a nice Christmas "gift" from the BK court to agree to your payment plan. Yep, I know what you mean about some generic foods not being quite tasty. Ick. For instance, I tried a generic cereal brand from the local store the other day and uh, personally for me, Kellog's Corn Pops beat this cereal brand any day and anytime. Anyway, congrats and enjoy the holidays

                tigergem... Its kinda a long story but I will make it as short as possible
                For a couple of reasons I pay 1/2 of my 4 yr old grandson (who does NOT live with me) daycare. My attorney stated it would never ever be allowed. I confronted my attorney right before my 341 & we agreed to disagree about it. So in the conference room to my surprise my attorney brought it up. The trustee assistance asked for my reason for paying it and I explained the situation. And wa la he said yes, I see no reason for you not being permitted . You must realize that it is not just your normal because I wanted too reason. There are some mental health issues with my 23yr old ,single daughter raising her 4 yr old son alone w/no child support ect ....

                  Well that is just really nice and really great to hear klandsb! Merry Christmas! It's good to know that the trustee had blood in her veins and not ice water. lol!

                    Yes... Opened my mail yesterday and it stated I went from 71% to 40% payback due to decrease in pmt amt. I added it up to be a $ 14,000.00 savings over the 5 yr plan. I cant tell you what a great Christmas gift this was.....
