Claim Amount and Principal Owed has some showing $0.00???

If you filed on some one and they are shown in the Scheduled Amount with the correct amount you owed them, but show nothing but zero's in the claim amount and Principal Owed, are they going to be paid?
I am paying back at a true 100 percent on everything in my Principal Owed and if what I am seeing is correct, I will be finished in three months and that is a few months ahead of schedule in my five year plan.
What about the ones showing they aren't going to receive any money? One is for state taxes. I'm sure I will still owe these who show a zero under claim amount and Principal Owed, right. I'm so confused. Please help. The attorney sure isn't going to return any phone calls.

Not all creditors will make a claim. Those that don't have already written off your debt against their taxes, and won't receive a dime.
However, many won't file a claim until the last possible date -- so, if that hasn't passed yet, I wouldn't get my hopes up. Just wait and see...
Taxes CANNOT be discharged in any case, so whether or not a claim is made is irrelevant -- they WILL BE paid. Taxing entities are a priority debtor -- they get paid first.
The key number for you to look at is your "plan base". That's the minimum amount you will pay. If that'll pay back 100% to claimants, well bully for them. If not, then they settle for 20%, 50%, or whatever.
