We have our signing this Monday...

We have a home that's in foreclosure (Sale date 12/22) Value approx 130K
2nd Mortgage 15K
2 cars(Toyota Sienna 2000 paid for 210kMiles & Toyota Rav 4 2003 , 7K still due)
Toyota Rav $225 (keeping it)* Story behind this*
Were a family of 4
Were in a rental home paying $900 amonth
Our other home was being rented since May 08 (we pocket the rental) cause 5k in Payday Loans
Time Share (not sure what it's worth, but we pay on maintenance $400yr)
DH was bringing home about 900 a month.
DH in sales now brining home $40K
CC debt 50K
Living expenses:
Renting 900
Water 20
Elec. 150
Cable 40
Cell 70
Car Insurance 100
Phone 35
internet 45
ADT 40
Gas 60 wk

* Before we though about doing BK, we sold our Rav to a friend who is making payment and driving such care but the car is in our name* I know what your thinking, bad deal, right?

Does anyone want to bite this and crunch some numbers or questions I can ask my BK attorney before we sign on Monday? I'm so nervous something is going to fall through the cracks. HELP!!!!

I would be sure to include things like haircuts, medical expenses-prescription expenses (even OTC meds and vitamins add up). Dental? School lunches? Auto maintenance (oil changes--budgeting for tires--brakes). License renewals? Clothing budget? ESPECIALLY with kids.
