plan confirmed today!!!

Just checked pacer and it says plan confrimed today! Now I just have to make payments for the next five years kind of like buying a car and then I can have my fresh start. Really though my fresh start started last year at this time when I finally decided it was time for bankruptcy. Where there was once total darkness now there is a little but of light. Thanks all for you support.

Did it turn out to be a livable plan? We got numbers of a payment plan all over the place. One lawyer had it figured at $300, another up to $530, and in between. (still in the waiting mode).

Livable yes I suppose, kind of got lucky cause we have been slow at work for about 6 months now so my income is down so my payment is $1034/mo which does include my truck payment. Considering I was paying out almost $2000/mo for minimun payments on credits cards and basically not lowering the balances this is a bargain.
