    What does this mean?

    My husband has a 1959 lincoln that isn't driveable and is trashed sitting in his grandma's carport. I emailed the lawyer about it to list it on our assets and he replied:


    "The vehicle is not an issue in your case"

    Is that good or bad, or indifferent?

    Sounds good. It probably would have been abandoned by the trustee anyway.

    Now, if it's a Continental Convertible even complete basket cases are worth > $5000 :-)
