Payday Loan Gone bankrupt....Do U still list?

as a creditor? We've noticed some of them gone bankrupt and not sure if that means we don't have to list them on our creditors page since that affects our overall $$ we must pay back. Please advise, thanks.

Yes, you list them, and their last known address information.

the reason is this.

In THEIR BK court, their accounts reeceivable (your debt) could be sold to junk debt buyers. Then, THEY could pursue the debt, and be legally capable of doing so, and even get judgments and so on.

Check with attorney, if you have one, but always best to be safe.

Just because the company is bankrupt does not mean that you don't still owe the debt and you must list all debts. Also, now that the company is BK, the trustee handling their filing will be pursuing any money owed the company for their creditors.
