Credit report and Ch 13 to Ch 7 conversion

How does a chapter 13 to chapter 7 conversion effect your credit?

Specifically, does it show as two bankruptcies on your credit? If not, does it show as a 13 still, and so reflect only for 7 years from filing? Or does it show as a 7 and reflect from 10 years from filing? Also, does it show from 10 years of filing the conversion or from the original 13?
