I believe in GA there were laws passed a few years ago (don't know details, just vaguely recall hearing something about it) to limit the interest these companies can charge, so I think most no longer operate in GA.Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo
