    confirmation date soon

Greetings, looking for insight, in a week we will have our confirmation date for a chapter 13. In the plan an average for child support payments that we recieve has been figured in.The trustee in her letter following the 341 meeting says it should be higher. Well ...now for the past month the payments have stopped and of course we have no idea when or if it will start again. I think this is a good thing but not sure. Our lawyer has asked for proof which i have in the form of bank statments. Any help out their.

No help out here. Continue to work with your attorney. If you don't have enough money to fund your Chapter 13, it may not be confirmed. Remember, that you need regular income to be in a Chapter 13. There's a reason for that.

Work with your attorney to provide adequate documentation. Your Chapter 13 payments can't "vary" based on some unknown receipt of money. You will have some issues with coming up with the right amount, but I'm sure your attorney can find the right way to do this. If you only receive the support payments and have no regular income, this may prove to be difficult.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
