    Wait or not?

    Good Morning everyone,

Which to do? I have paid my attorney in full. After completing the paperwork, and learning from this forum, I now realize the difference between the Means test and Schedule I & J.

My question - being around 7 months behind, should I wait to file due to the 60 day rule on Schedule I? If I file now, October had 5 weeks and in a 60 day calculation, from what I understand, will reflect in a higher income. If I wait until say, February or March, will the income be adjusted accordingly? Also, do you think I can - being already 7 months behind?

So - should I go ahead and file now or wait until there is only 4 weeks a month in the 60 day period? I am stressing about the wait.

    Thanks for any help

I can only give you my thoughts as I am no expert on this. I would wait it out if at all possible. The less you earn the less your pmts will be. If the creditors are harrassing you then u might want to give them your attorneys name to call him since you are paid in full ....
