Wage Order, how long to take effect?

Its been 3 months since we filed and our wage order is yet to start. Any ideas how long it takes to see wage deductions coming out? I would really like them to start, so I don't have to make a trip to the bank for a cashiers check and then on to the post office, I don't mail anything any more and this is starting to be a pain....
Filed August 09, all payments made as of July 12th, 2013.....Waiting on final audit and discharge!

Took about three weeks for me. Your lawyer does the paper work to get it rolling. That was about the second thing I signed when officially filing.
Filed July 2009. Discharged 08/08/2014. Awaiting closing. We made it !!!! Woo-hoo!

Yeah, they take almost half my (net) paycheck, but it pays for my house and cars (and keeps the IRS off my back even though I only owe them $3K).

How long it takes, most likely depends on the size of the company you work for. I work for a small company and when deduction was in place by the first paycheck after the order was entered. If your deduction hasn't taken place after (3) months, I would contact your payroll department to make sure that they received the order.
