    Well, we may have ruthless trustees, tough judges and apparently odd local rules, but one thing we seem to do quickly in So Cal is confirm plans! My 341 was the 9th of Nov, confirmation hearing held that afternoon and I received a letter from the court confirming our plan today!

    1 down, 59 months to go!

      We just completed our 60 month ch 13 and it is a great feeling to be debt free (except mortgage) good luck
