Moving in Chapter 13

Hello all -

Finally filed - 11/5. First meeting 12/9.

I have a question for the guru's out there. What happens if you move or your rent payment increases? Is this taken into consideration at all?

It seem that everything is going up but my paycheck these days!

hopefully your attorney was smart enough to pad your expenses at least a little to give you wiggle room. I know that the IRS sets the guidelines but hopefully your attorney took this into account. My attorney reported my rent at 625 when it was really 525. After 3 years, it ended up being 675 so well within the allowance.
