I'd like to do a Chapter 13 but I'm afraid that DH will not make enough money due to only commission is how he's paid. So, question is, if our Chapter 13 gets dismissed for nonpayment, what the worst that can happen? I actually want to do a Ch 7 but have to wait 2 more years. Thanks to the responses
