can you include property taxes in ch 13?

Our property taxes will be past due when we file. By 2 weeks. We have the cash to pay them now, but if we can include the $850 into the BK plan we'd like to do that to help pay the attorney fees.

Anyone know how this works?

We were able to include ours in the plan(county property tax). They weren't past due but there is a downside, 9% interest over the life of the plan plus trustee's interest. But we did have an extra $960 to put towards an emergency fund.
