Thank you all for the wonderful information on her, but I still have a few questions.
I am married;I am the only one filing. The lawyer is including all the income, which is looks like 6200/month but that is the average, we bring home 5 extra checks per year so the other 7 months our take home is $5700. Is there a way around this because our monthly payment would be a lot higher-not trying to get over but if we are supposed to give all our disposable income, there is a $500/month shortfall seven months a year? Secondly, how much could my wife budget for herself? She has bills and her own needs, but she isn't filing, so she should not have to suffer and do we need to document it? I have high debt, so if I include all my debts, will my priority debts get paid in full (assuming I pay enough in the plan to cover) and the rest go to unsecured creditors?
Thanks.
