My first payment was due on October 16, paid ,and received by trustee on time. I keep checking to see if the trustee has made any payments to my creditors- as of today there have not been any. Mortgage, car, unsecured, priority claims- all getting paid thru the plan. How long does it take for the payments to be disbursed???

My first payment was at my 341 meeting in Dec 08. Bi-weekly payroll deductions after that. Confirmed 3/17/09. Payments to creditors began on 3/31/09.

When I look at the ledger on the datacenter website we made three months worth of payments before the trustee ever sent out an disbursements.Filed Chapter 13 10/4/04

Dh and I filed in June of this year, starting making payments in July...Our trustee just sent out the moneys to our attorney and banks just this past week.Date filed: 06/24/2009

My trustee started payments after the second payment was received. Only to car that was included in plan. No unsecured creditor payments have been made yet. I was told after confirmation payments to the attorney and unsecured will start.Filed July 2009. Discharged 08/08/2014. Awaiting closing. We made it !!!!

My trustee seems to be holding one months payments in reserve. He paid out the first disbursements after the second payment and once a month since then after a payment is received. This always keeps a balance of one months payments.Comment
