I got 2 letters today from court about our 2nd mort

    and 3rd mortgage holders.

the letters say they are in default for failing to plead or defend this case. so does this mean since they never answer the lien strip stuff that the lien strips can't be argued by them?
so as long as my judge approves they are a done deal??

is that what they mean? thanks

Did you ever find an answer for this?
Take $10 billion from the government and then sue me...nice

      no I never did.

but Oct 26th was the last day for any creditor to object to the discharge...
and my lawyer told me the date was fast approaching for them to react to the adversary proceedings.

so I am concluding that this was good news

Make sure that your attorney submits a proposed default order with the court. There is usually a certain period of time from the date default has been entered by the court clerk in which you must submit a proposed default order. In my district you have 14 days to submit a proposed default order. If you don't file one within that time frame the AP is closed.
        Chapter 13 Filed (Pro Se) - 9/30/09
        Confirmation Date - 12/1/09
        Stats - $1752/month, 29/36 completed, 4% to Unsecured, Lien Stripped 2nd Mortgage
