Motions for relief put back in place

just wanted to follow up with the moderators, we had a motion for relief get granted without our knowledge. we had to go hire new attys and try to get this resolved.

fortunately we did our stay was put back in place, we were allowed to pay back our arrearages and move on. we even got our money back.

this was a stressfull time but found some good advice on here.

One weird question we filed back in Feb 09 and we just got a letter from the MA Bankruptcy court confirming our plan.. is that a little long or is it me?

If Florida is any guide, plan confirmation generally takes at least 5 months. I have read other cases where the confirmation took one year. Since you had issues with the Relief Request, that probably lengthened the time to get the plan confirmed.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
