    Does anyone know.....

I'm thinking about taking on another job. Is it true that the court looks at your income tax statement every year? Do they have axcess to your tax returns without you even knowing? AND do you have to report this income to the court AND what happens if you don't report the extra income. I have heard so many conflicting stories I don't know what to believe.

Unless the trustee has a 4506T IRS form on you, I'm not sure how they would get it, but I don't trust our government at this point so maybe.
I am a Pennsylvania Eastern and Middle District Bankruptcy, FDCPA, FCRA and Foreclosure Defense attorney, information I post is based on experience in these districts. It is not legal counsel, consider it friendly counsel.
