I filled out a form and sent it to the trustees office to view my case on the 13network. I saw on this forum where people look at their cases on this 13network. I recieved a email from the trustees office stating "13network is for creditors, attorneys and trustees, not for debtors to view. lol. I am finding so many things differ from district to district. My trustee reccomended the 13datacenter, which i already view. But, i have read on here the the 13network was more up to date. This is confusing, as to, why arent all the districts rules the same?

well I hope your datacenter site is more informative than mine was which was basically name rank and serial number. LOLOL The 13network gave me all kinds of information, such as percentages paid, who was paid, and when, and any actions taken on my case. It was free and I only checked pacer when I saw actions on the 13network. That is unfortunate that your trustee won't allow you to see this site.

all is not lost in this district though, after my attorney objected to a IRS claim, the claim was lowered. Originally my plan was for 60 months to taxes and attorney. It was going to take all and maybe more of the 60 months to complete the plan and it was ordered that i would pay 0.00% to unsecured unclassified creditors. Since the objection lowered the IRS claim it appeared that i would be paying unsecured creditors after completing the IRS claim earlier than thought. "Not", lol, attorney says the plan will be over earlier than the 60 months. Just as soon as the IRS is paid, my attorney says it will be over. So all is not lost in this district, the way i figure it, most districts would pay unsecured creditors after the IRS was complete. Of course i wont count on anything until i get the discharge
