    $200 - $300 payment?

It looks like after all of my expenses my disposable income is between $200 and $300.00 dollars.
Also , What if I get a raise like approximately $50.00 more a month do I have to report any extra income including income tax return if any to trustee?

    How does that work?

Check your expenses again. Search for allowable expenses on this forum - many of the annual expenses are easily forgotten, yet they are allowed (1/12'th of the expense). Your schedule I and J are very important in your filing. Make sure every expense is included.

If you do get another vehicle, make sure the payment is in the allowed range (which is less than $489/mth) and that may help you in your expenses if you are trying to get to a Ch 7 rathern than a 13. At your current disposable income ($200-$300) you will definately be in a Ch 13.

What if you take every allowed expense, and your disposable income is a negative amount? I want to file 13 so I can keep my rental property, but when I fill out my worksheet using all allowed expenses (including things that I am allowed but currently go without, such as HEALTH INSURANCE and DENTAL CARE!) I come out with about -$800 a month. I'm sure that we can "tweek" it a bit, right? What if I can make it come out even? Is there a minimum disposable income that I am allowed before I can file 13? FYI, my husband and I make about $85,000 a year.
