I noticed while looking at the 13 Datacenter website that my "trustee's percentage" is listed as being 3%. That is 3% of what? My plan base called for $84,000. I have roughly $75,000 paid to all creditors and my trustee has collected a bit over $1500. Are they going to take another large chunk of my remaining balance as a fee? They have allegedly made all the final distributions as of the end of September.

each time the trustee distributes the money, he collects 3 percent of what is distributed. It is somewhat figured into your plan in the beginning by the attorney. Trustee fee's vary and are set by each trustee and district. -
Big picture, it really doesn't matter. The trustee fee rarely effects your payment unless you have zero going to unsecured creditors. In that case, then you must factor in the trustee fee as part of plan.Comment
