Junk mail after Discharge

What is up with all the junk mail I am getting now that I have been discharged? Is any of it legit? How can I stop it?

I find it quite embarrassing to get these credit offers, help with your credit score, etc junk in the mail. I thought I was finally able to put this behind me but I am getting daily reminders now!

you can opt out on your credit reports and that will stop everything
