pacer question, what does this mean?

On Pacer there is a link that says, "Related Transactions" when I clicked on that this is what was there, "Request for Notice . Filed by Creditor Recovery Management Systems Corporation"

what does this mean? I've never heard of these people.
Filed August 09, all payments made as of July 12th, 2013.....Waiting on final audit and discharge!

Well, they apparently are a bankruptcy 'management' company - they scrub bk accounts against subscriber lists, they manage AP's and claims and 'process and workflow recovery management". See this link: http://www.recoverycorp.com/

Sounds like one of your creditors hired them to manage accounts in BK.
    Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
    Discharged Jan 5, 2009! Closed Jan 18, 2009

I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..

Thanks! So I guess then whoever they are they will be filling a claim on behalf of one of my creditors.

Also "request for notice" just means that the creditor (or whoever is working on their behalf) wants to be notified about any changes in your plan. No worries there - it's a very normal part of Ch 13.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

        06/01/06 - Filed Ch 13
        06/28/06 - 341 Meeting
        07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
        09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
        08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !

        10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

They filed a request for notices on my case too. I've also seen them in several other cases I looked at online.

They claimed to be repsenting GEMB Lowes in my case... Except GEMB was not listed on my petition as the card had not been used in many years and had a $0 balance.

I think they just like to sign up for notices
