getting ready to file...question....

I'm getting all the papers in order to hand over to the attorney next week. When they say they need copies of tax returns, is it just the 1040 that was filed or the whole return? The whole return is like 40 pages (s-corp's etc)

The 1040 is probably enough. Don't over speak or give more than asked for. However, at your 341, have everything. Just in case. If your lawyer wants more, have it in the car. 'Hub
