Need advice

I file for CH13 on Sept 15. My payment includes my truck and is $968 per month or 223.38 per week. My mortgage including taxes and insurance is $1100. I made one payment of 223.38 so far and I'm not sure what to do now. My 341 is Nov 4th. I am paying back %52 to unsecured through plan. Work is very very slow I only worked three days last week, none the week before and now it looks like only two days this week if I'm lucky. I can survive and make mortagage payments if I'm on unemployment but cannot make the trustee payment. There is no timeframe on when work will pick up. My bank accounts can be looked at by the trustee and they can see that the only money going out is basically the house and his payment. So what happens when I can't make the payment before the 341 meeting? I have to keep making the house payment otherwise I'll be living on the street. I do live with my girlfriend and she is paying all utility bills and tryng to help me when she can. Not sure what I can do, there just isnt any work around here.

Since you already filed and are required to start making payments 30 days after filing, and now you cannot make those payments, you need to contact your attorney immediately. Was your girlfriend included in your household income when you filed Chapter 13? They may want to know how you are able to pay your utilities or are getting by if you are so short on cash and cannot make plan payments.

She wasn't included in household income. The household basically is planned out for one person. She makes all utility payments...she has since we lived together. It's only the fact that work is extremly slow right now that cash is so short, if I can work steady or even steadier than it wouldn't be an issue. In construction our pay is erratic right now due to weather, no really big or long jobs going on so it's pretty much day by day with work, scarey. They can look and see that she basically buys all food right now until I can get back steady and help out.
