Lost Payment address AZ

Please help if you know where to locate the payment address for the Trustees in AZ. This is rediculous, I have looked all over the internet and cannot find it. I can't believe I lost the paperwork I had that gave the address. My payment is due Monday and I was trying to get it sent today...ugh!

Yes, that was the one I found. Unfortnately, the payment address is different. It's P.O Box, and it's not listed anywhere...crazy! Thanks for lookin' out though!

Maricopa, and my Trustee is Russell Brown. Worst case, I'll call monday and send it in a day or so late. Hopefully, it won't be that big of a deal!

My lawyer said the unwritten rule is if you get the payment in at the end of the month, you will be okay. But then, we are close to the end of the month.

Be careful, Sas - do NOT send your Ch 13 check until you are absolutely CERTAIN the mailing address is correct. And for sure, let your lawyer know that the check is going to be a few days late since you couldn't mail it until Monday. Be sure to mail it overnight so it gets there as quickly as possible.

Your lawyer might want you to call the trustee's office so warn them about the payment being late. Here's Mr. Brown's contact information in case you lost it along with the payment mailing address:

I was planning on waiting until Monday. Our mail gets there in one day so I'm not too worried. I just had the money order all ready and I always had kept the trustee info in my purse. I really have no idea what happened to it. I find it odd that I cannot look up the payment address anywhere on the web. I even called the phone number to see if there was a recorded message with the payment address on it. The only place it was listed, is a yellow form that the trustee mailed me before my 341. Strange!

Thanks for all of you help! It was worth a shot....but better to be safe than sorry, I'll call his office first thing Monday.

Oh, funny, I hesitate to even call my attorney now. Everytime something comes in the mail from them, they are very sure to specify that doing anything in response(on their part) will cost more $$$$. I don't even call them anymore!

My payment is technically due on the 27th of every month. I think it will be fine, I hope....

100% sure of this. Thats my trustee. By the way, when did you file and has yours been confirmed yet? I filed the first week of November 2008 and mine is still NOT confirmed! I heard they were back logged and they requested my 2008 tax returns a few months ago but I haven't heard anything since.

We filed in January 2009 and not confirmed neither. We are in Arizona. Lawyer's office says there is no problem.

I'm in AZ too, but have Maney as my trustee. Filed in July 2008 and still not confirmed - issue with the cram down on the auto loans...

Strange that you couldn't find the mailing address online, not very smart of the trustee's office!

Yep, that's it! I knew I would recognize it when I saw it. Thanks! We filed in May...nope, not confirmed either.

Question: Do we have to hand over tax refunds? Why would they ask for your 2008 return? Had you already handed it over before your 341?
