I am about to file and wonder if I have to include my vehicel that is through buy here oay here since there is no bank loan?

When you file, you are required (under penalty of perjury) to list all of your assets and debts. You will be signing that this information is true and accurate. You will then be asked about it again, during your 341.

If you left it out, and got busted...they could file charges against you, AND throw out your BK filing.

Bottom line is you need to list all of your income, assets, and debts. You need to show the court what and where you spend your income.

by all means LIST THIS VEHICLE. Buy here pay here are rip off's and they will be forced to file a claim to be paid. If you have a box that shuts off the car if you don't pay then they would be in violation if they shut it off on you. I would so include this car.
