I have heard everyone say how great pacer is. I signed up yesterday and am still trying to figure out how to find my case. Can anyone assist? So far national data center blows pacer away!

You are probably looking at your local FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT and not the Bankruptcy Court. Make sure that you are on the Bankruptcy Court website for your local District. I made this mistake too.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.

Pacer is a court site and will show any motions and creditors who have filed claims.
To log in you will need your case number
09-xxxxx etc or your ss number.
Data center displays information sent in by the trustee. The court and the trustee are different sources of information. Pacer gives you info right after filing for objections and motions, lifts of stay, all court stuff and at discharge. In between is ALL trustee stuff.
ahhh yes, be sure to click on the bk tab
